Here at Seraderian Dental Group, we are proud to offer dental implants to our patients.
…to give our patients smiles which they can be proud of. If you have missing teeth, you may need dental implants. We don’t want you to suffer from a smile that embarrasses you.
Benefits of Dental Implants
Besides appearance, dental implants are needed for good dental health. Food, plaque, and bacteria will build up wherever you are missing teeth. This buildup can be really hard to clean, so you may end up developing cavities and other dental problems.
Dental implants have many other benefits too. It is easier to eat with them. Also, many people find that their speech is much better.
How Dental Implants Work
Dental implants are used to replace your teeth roots. They act as roots (and a base) for permanent teeth that will be placed later. Without implants, your artificial teeth will be weak, and you may end up losing them.
When done correctly and cared for properly, dental implants can last a patient’s whole life. It is still important to brush your teeth, floss, and use mouthwash with implants. It is also important to maintain routine dental checkups to ensure your mouth is still healthy.
Mini Dental Implants
We are proud to offer mini-dental implants (MDIs) to our patients.
Mini-dental implants, otherwise known as MDIs, are used when regular implants will not work. They were introduced ten years ago and continue to be a good alternative to traditional implants due to their small size. Regular implants are normally 3.75 mm, while mini-dental implants range from 1.8 to 3 mm.
The placement of MDIs is significantly different from traditional ones. Typically you can get the whole procedure done in one day, instead of having to make multiple visits. It is a minimally invasive procedure, unlike traditional implants, which requires cutting into your mouth tissue. Instead, the mini-dental implants are drilled into your gums.
MDIs are used mostly for the stabilization of loose dentures, though they are also used to successfully treat single tooth replacements. They are also used for maxillofacial prosthetics and as temporary anchorage devices for orthodontic therapies.
Mini-dental implants are more affordable since they can be done in one visit and are less invasive.
All-on-4® and Implant Overdentures
We are proud to offer All-on-4® dental implants and implant overdentures.
All-on-4® treatment provides patients with a full-arch prosthesis over four implants on the day of surgery. All-on-4® is designed to give edentulous patients full function of their mouth and full mouth restoration. It’s heavily advertised as providing 4 implants, but some situations may require more.
All-on-4® overdentures reduce the complexity of treatment, the number of surgeries, and the overall treatment time. It is less expensive compared with fixed implants.
All-on-4® dental implants, also known as hybrid dentures, use high-end denture teeth and acrylic for the best aesthetics, making it the most cost effective choice for any future repairs.
All of our implant overdentures are ideal for patients who desire a stable prosthesis with improved function, retention, and speech. We have a variety of implant design options available to suit the needs of all of our patients whether they need a metal bar, locators, or mini implants.
Our removable implant solutions provide a precise customizable fit, improved function, and high aesthetics.

Full Arch Replacement
We are proud to offer full arch replacements.
There are many reasons to decide to get a full arch replacement. Many people seem to lose a lot of teeth as they age for many reasons including decay, disease, and even injury. However, a full arch replacement doesn’t just improve your smile. It also improves the way that your face looks.
Without teeth and a full arch, your face may look “hollow” which can make you look older than you are. After replacing your missing teeth, an arch will help your mouth (and face) return to normal. Your face muscles will build back up, allowing you to eat and talk better too!
When you decide to get a full arch replacement, one of our dentists will first examine you, take radiographs, and discuss your options. If you go ahead and get a full arch replacement, we will first install implants over your bad teeth, improving your smile. We then, attach the full arch to both your regular teeth and your implants. This entire process may take several visits, though it will be well worth it. It will look completely natural.
